I have tried this in 4 drinks. I have suffered an upset stomach with pains and diarrhoea a day or two afterwards. I don’t suffer with stomach problems so I know it Kurk that caused it. I will persevere but if it continues I will have to stop taking it. I haven’t noticed any positive effects from it yet.
