I have been taking this for a while now to reduce inflammation and to lessen the issues caused by arthritis. I'm hoping it does everything it says on the tin but one can't always be sure of how much one is actually benefitting especially when taking other supplements. However, I put my trust in it and love the research shared with customers so I shall be continuing to have it on a daily basis.
