My problem is not with the product at this stage but the way in which the subscription works. I have purchased one to try, using the Apple Pay option. However when I try to login using the very email that is used it tells me that my email is not valid….. which is a problem if you want to change or cancel a subscription. I wouldn’t purchase anything from here unless you already have an account set up initially. I find this to be a bit underhanded, as I have never had this problem with subscription based sales like this before. And now in reading other reviews on here and other platforms, see that I am not the only one that has brought this issue up. I certainly hope the product is good, because this initial experience has already left me doubting on a repurchase. Also have tried contacting them and it says it’s out of working hours even though it was at 10am Monday. Thinking of cancelling card. Beware.
