Handbag that came was Fax Leather, and workmanship was very substandard. Wrote an e mail requesting a free return label, which was totally ignored, but all quality issues should have shipping charges waived. Any other company would honor that! will never recommend Kurt Geiger to anyone. I will have nothing more to do with them.
