★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT SHOP HERE — THEY LOST MY RETURN AND ARE GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND I don’t normally shop at this store — I shop here only for my daughter. I personally shop at higher-end luxury brands across the country, and I’ve never received such appalling service, even from brands with much more expensive merchandise. This company has had my item and my money for over a month. I returned an item and have proof it was signed for, including the name of the person who received it. And yet, they’re pretending like they have no idea what happened to it. Every time I reach out, they send the same copy-and-paste response asking for “two more days” to look into it. It’s been over a month of this — no action, no escalation, no resolution. No one is actually investigating or resolving anything. It’s just stalling tactics, plain and simple. To make it worse, the return itself is not of significant value. There is no valid reason I should be treated like this over something so minor. It feels like they just don’t care — customer service is non-existent. I’ve gotten better, faster, and more respectful treatment at every other store I’ve shopped at — literally hundreds across the country. I am now pursuing formal complaints through consumer protection channels and preparing to dispute the charge with my financial institution. It’s not about the money anymore — it’s about the disgusting lack of accountability and the disrespect shown. Save yourself the headache. Shop somewhere that actually values its customers.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and realized I had the wrong address so I emailed The not two minutes after I placed the order then I also called and spoke with someone who said they would handle it. Well they didn’t handle it. They sent the shoes to a different address and I have been no help since the shoes are gorgeous and expensive so I guess I’m just gonna have to resend the charge on the credit card because of all the documentation to support including the email but you would think that when they tell you they handle something they’d handle it. It’s a shame cause I love the shoes, but I’m not gonna do business with people don’t even contact you back

Paid for 2 day delivery. I am on day 4 and the bag is still not here. Opened a ticket and was told the bag is TYPICALLY delivered within 2 days from the time Fed X picks it up. Tell me where you see this on their website. Shady!

Thank you for the public response, but no one has called or emailed me since your last message. I already sent all the required information and followed up multiple times. The most expensive item in my order (CHELSEA FLAT SANDAL) was missing, and I never received a refund or replacement. I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank. This has been extremely disappointing, especially from a brand that claims to care about customer service.

Update: After multiple emails and proof submitted, Kurt Geiger has refused to refund me for the missing CHELSEA FLAT SANDAL. They claimed the package weight matched, but that doesn’t prove the item was shipped. I had to file a dispute with my bank. Very disappointing experience for a high-end brand. I’ll update this again if they choose to resolve it.

I bought two pairs of Kurt Geiger men’s sandals for my holiday. They ripped my feet to ribbons. Crippling blisters, one of which I had to buy over the counter peroxide to clean. Massive disappointment. I only wore each other the once (for less than 4 hours between them). If you want to be able to walk DO NOT BUY THEM.

Kurt Geiger’s website advertised a 2day shipping….its been over a week and I still haven’t received my order…. Very upset because I needed my order for prom!!!!

Expensive sandals broke at the strap after only 3 wears. I wish I had read their reviews as there are many customers who agree their products are inferior. This was a gift and my 86 year old mother did not keep her receipt, therefore no refund but not even offered a replacement even though sandal was defective. I’ve just tried to take photos but am unable to upload and have just noticed deterioration on other sandal. Obviously very poor quality

Absolutely appalling customer service. I bought a necklace for £289. It came wrapped in bubble wrap and broken. Obviously didn’t get checked. I found customer service rude and uncaring. I have bought several items No more. I will spend my money on something made well. I would avoid this company from now on For me to even make a review would have to be serious photo would not upload

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the Kurt Geiger bags I purchased in December 2024. Despite wearing them only occasionally and taking great care to store them properly, I have noticed significant signs of wear and damage that I did not expect from products of your reputation. I would like to highlight that I own handbags from other brands such as Coach, Michael Kors, and Marc Jacobs, which I have used regularly over several years. Despite frequent use, none of them have shown the level of deterioration that I am currently seeing with my Kurt Geiger bags after just a few months

They delivered sandals in stead of a purse and sneakers and still don't want to give ma a refund. Already 10 days have passed and they are still 'investigating' as they made the mistake, not me

I placed an order with KG - the goods arrived with a 50% tax invoice for import duties, they imported the goods from the EU and now i am being chased for import tax, KG just don't want to deal with this even thought it clearly says on the website all duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Now i am being chased by a collections agency for nearly a 50% duty as to cost of order. Don't order anything off them - they just don't care about their customers at all.

My boyfriend ordered me a bag, wallet, and sandals for my birthday because we were going away soon. My package was stolen off my step I contacted fedex and Kurt Geiger to help me get my items. I’m so upset and they are just telling me I’m out of over $700.

Didn’t receive my order , FedEx delivered my order to the wrong place, both company sending me back and forward about a refund. I spend a lot of money with this company. Only asking my $58 dollars back at this point. Customer service was terrible. Keep sending pictures of my door . Just ridiculous…

This is my second time in 3 months ordering from this site and not receiving a confirmation email, it comes off as a scam. This time around I paid for expedited shipping to track my order because I did not receive my last order . This is unacceptable and unfortunate for customers this will be my last time ordering off this website
