I purchased the xxl denim purse and one f the eagle eyes was missing I am so disappointed I tried leaving the picture but I guess since it’s from my phone I guess it won’t allow me to I will redo the review from my laptop and include it

I bought a pair of sandals looked and felt amazingly soft . Worn for 3 days on holiday and upper sole was torn as if I was wearing them for years .. They were in a terrible state. I’ve been away for a while over a month not to sure if I can get a refund.

Hi I did bought shoes for my daughter birthday gift. When I go home and open box the shoes was used I was very upset. I did spend more than one hour found a good design .and next day I returned it back. Same person is there she refused I was more upset how could she lied front of me. She not sorry She waisted my time also she not have other pair if I order it.she said to me I will write down next time you not allowed buy any shoes from our company. What a radicals people services.it will takes 1 week after I will received . Customer service is very poor. Company should not hire like this poor service.

My husband as well as myself purchases many Kurt Geiger items….From Purses shoes jewelry and belts for me and shoes for him. My Husband purchased the large metallic purse for me in January and I just got the opportunity to carry it over the weekend for My Husband’s Birthday Trip and before the day was over the purse look worn and old …..I was embarrassed to carry it and it’s sad that it had been in the dust bag since the purchase….

I walked in and I was very uncomfortable because I wanted to buy clothes for Pride but I don't normally do that sort of thing. A member of staff noticed I was having problems and helped me to feel comfortable talking about it. Before I knew it the staff were helping me try on some lovely clothes and gave me some ideas for what to buy from other shops to complete my look!

Wrong size sent it back thy have received it since the 05/22/2024 and today 06/05/2024 haven’t received a refund on second pair order they sent an incomplete order

I purchased my black back pack in February, I loved the bag. However I'm deeply disappointed 😡!!!!! My straps have several noticeable cracks, I'm afraid it may fall apart from the bag, I paid a lot of money for this bag. May I be compensated?

I bought a pair of slides for the wife for Mother’s Day and she wore them only once and the stitching ripped on the top of the slides she’s a very petit woman and I tried to contact support and they said they would only return them if they weren’t worn and that they won’t even try to make things right. I emailed them multiple times and every time it was an automated BS message. I won’t ever give them any business and will make sure everyone finds out about the terrible coustomer service and quality of the products.

I ordered items on May 3rd and paid for expedited shipping and now I’m being told that I won’t receive my items even though I’ve spoken with several different people about this issue one guy told me the it would be here by Thursday the 9th however someone else is telling me they don’t see my order or anything in that matter but I paid for it off my credit card so I took a sc and sent it via email a just to be told that my item is STILL being processed smh this is the worse experience ever because it’s my birthday weekend and Mother’s Day weekend and I have absolutely nothing because of this phony website and false advertising I will never shop here again or recommend anyone else to poor communication and lies is all I’ve been getting

Needed to exchange a sale shoe for a smaller size. Unable to get a return label to complete the process. Was told it would arrive via email in 24-48 hours. Will not shop with this company ever again. Customer support is non existent.

Received my XXL Kensington bag. The leather doesn’t smell like leather is is so soft it feels fake. It’s definitely not a bag that will hold up which you would think genuine leather would. I was on the fence about returning it and reading the comments I think I will before it’s past my return window.

I bought a black clutch for the holidays. After using it just once, the black paint on the chain and on the snaps is already scraped off. VERY disappointing because it is adorable but not quality.

Bought a pair of trainers..loved them in the shop but after wearing them I have discovered the tongue on both trainers dosent stay where it should and moves over to the side causing discomfort when wearing them! Rubbish. And you expect me.to believe that they are usually £150!! On closer inspection you can see they are cheaply made with cheap components. Primark sell better trainers for a lot less money!! Won't go any where near your brand again after reading all of these terrible reviews!!

Awful customer service I returned a pair sneakers via fed ex It taking more than two weeks to get my my money back I have the confirmation and still I’m waiting to get the money in my credit card I won’t recommend the app to anyone

Quality Issue with Recent Purchase & Bad Aftersales Experience On the 26th of December, I purchased a bag from Kurt Geiger store in Oxford Street, as my daughter's Christmas Gift and unfortunately, on the 27th (just one day from the purchase of the bag), both the zipper and the chain fell apart. Realizing the urgency of the matter, I visited the store on the morning of the 28th of December, just three hours before my return flight to Greece. I took a taxi to the store with the hope of requesting a straightforward replacement, not a refund. I firmly believe that the premature failure of the zipper and chain constitutes a technical flaw, especially given the reputable nature of Kurt Geiger products. This issue is far removed from the quality one would expect from a brand like Kurt Geiger and is more in line with experiences one might associate with products from less reputable sources. I was left incredulous when the store Manager suggested that she was unaware of the conditions under which the bag had failed and did not accept to replace the bag. Honestly? This response is not in line with the level of service and professionalism I have come to expect from Kurt Geiger. I contacted the customer support via email and their reply was that they emailed the store of purchase with order and my contact details. They asked them to contact me directly on call for a resolution and that THE CHOICE OF RESOLUTION WILL BE AT STORE'S DISCRETION (who they already refused the replacement). No one has contact me. That is really disappointing and obviously my daughter was very upset, and she can't use the bag we bought for her as a special Christmas gift from London. Do you find it reasonable for such a bag to break within a day, and the request for replacement to be denied? Normally, I would request a refund given all the inconvenience I have experienced, but I am specifically asking for a replacement........

Purchased a purse for my wife. She used it for about three months before all of the stones began falling off. After going back and forth with them a few times, they literally said they don't warranty their products and there is nothing they can do. Poor quality, worse customer service.
