Hi , I bought a pair of shoes at outlet store in cannock but can I exchange for a bigger size ?

I purchased Sneakers from Kurt Geiger sole is worn and instep collapsed. Purchased in June 20 at Arnotts. Have box. Arnotts will not refund or exchange. Unable to wear them. Paid 120 euro. I thought they should be taken back and sent to the manufacturer.? Not worn that often I felt they were faulty. Can't do anything without receipt.

Are they true to size. I wear a size 8 shoe. However I wear a size 7 in adidas sneakers. What size do you suggest I buy in KG. Are they cut small?

Hello! I’m trying to send my shoes back and JUST EXCHANGE THEM FOR A BIGGER SIZE. I absolutely love this shoes they’re just a tab bit too small. Is that a option for me.
