I ordered a delivery 6 weeks ago and after a month of waiting for my delivery I got in touch with Kurt Geiger customer service to be told my order would be dispatched. After a further week of not receiving my item I got back in touch to be told there had been a problem with my delivery and they had cancelled my order and reimbursed me. I did not ask for my order to be cancelled and to be reimbursed, I had only asked where my delivery was. I did not want my order cancelled. I was then told if I wanted to purchase the items then I’d have to go online to reorder the items I had originally ordered. I duly went online and tried to reorder the monogram soft wallet which was NO longer available. The Size 5 black janeiro carvela shoes I ordered were also NO longer available in my size or colour.  I emailed the customer services stating that I could not reorder the same items and I had not received my money. In the email I stated I was really disappointed because I had NOT asked for my delivery to be cancelled and reimbursed. I was half expecting/hoping for my delivery to be reordered however I received another email with no apology and stating I would need to wait a few day’s until my refund appeared in my account. In the email, I also explained a had used a single use 50% discount code.Since it is single use it means I will NOT be able to get 50% off when I reorder.  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided. I did not ask for my order to be cancelled and to be reimbursed, yet they cancelled my order. I emailed looking to find my package and not for it to be cancelled. It has taken 6 weeks to be told you have cancelled my order. One of the items I was buying was a birthday present which I obviously couldn’t give because it wasn’t delivered.  As a result of this negative experience , I will not be buying any products from Kurt Geiger. I find it really lazy Kurt Geiger reimbursing me rather than rectify the problem and have my items delivered. I have big experienced such poor customer service before. From what’s meant to be a high end store with expensive products it does not match the customer service experience.

I ordered shoes with my NHS discount. They were delivered to a completely wrong address (I have the online delivery note to prove this) and I was told I couldn’t be refunded. Nice way to treat your NHS customers. First and last time I shop with Kurt Geiger

I ordered a (very expensive) pair of trainers from your website as a birthday present for my daughter. The shoes arrived yesterday in acceptable condition, but the box they are stored in is very damaged. I am unable to wrap it up due to the damage, and so turned to your live chat service on your website where I was met with rude operators and disgustingly poor customer service. All I would like is a replacement box so I can wrap my daughters birthday present up. Unfortunately if this issue cannot be resolved I will have to return the shoes and will not be shopping here again

The customer service has been appalling. Will definitely not be shopping here again. I returned a pair of shoes by post, which was collected, but never received by KG. Even though I have the receipt of collection, they are accusing me of lying, and have not refunded me - unfortunately they have stolen my money. They have not listened to me or tried to help or resolve the problem. You can only email customer service and they take such a long time to reply, it feels like they are deliberately trying to delay the process so that you give up and they can keep your money.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE with them!! I have been waiting for over 3 months for my refund... have had to use their chat service twice and exchange 3 emails for a poxy refund. Most rubbish returns system and they have zero respect for customer time and money. NEVER AGAIN.

Bought leather Kensington bag paid £189 and within few weeks it’s started ripping off from sides. Tried to contact customer service and response is extremely unprofessional and bad. Now company claiming it’s soft material so Can be ripped off easily (but there’s no description came with the bag) Horrible company not selling genuine material coz leather bags always lasts. Now they blaming on me as it’s wear and tear, and teaching customers how to use their bags, Would not recommend to any one as poor quality bags shoes and worst customer service

I went to KG westfield today for Window shopping met a wonderful staff that attended to me with smile FARIBA JAHROMI I changed my mind and bought 2 handbags very good customer service. I will go there again and again. Good service

I was a little sceptical after checking reviews on here but I ordered the shoes anyway as it was the only site with them left in my size. I ordered late on Thursday evening and they arrived the next day. Can’t fault the delivery. The shoes are amazing quality and fit perfectly. Really pleased and would definitely order from KG again!

Very poor customer service. I bought click and collect shoes 20 days ago and I’m still waiting for the parcel. I have now rang customer services twice and they keep saying that the shop has lost the parcel. After 20 days I still don’t have my parcel and they have taken my money. Every time I ring customer service I have to wait for 30 minutes and they keep telling me they will sort the problem within 24 to 48 hours which is a lie. They sent me a link to track my parcel and it doesn’t even work. So much time wasted! I advise not to buy Kurt Geiger online!

I would like to say that James at Birmingham Bullring level 1 Upper Mall East in the Kurt Geiger store has been absolutely amazing!!! He has kept me up to date on my order and gone out of his way to deliver excellent customer service!! Best Customer Service I've received I'll be emailing the head office to make sure his hard work is recognized.

Don’t buy from them, they cancelled my order with no notification and after several times still haven’t email to confirm they are processing a refund, so as I stands they have stolen my money

It doesn’t surprise me that Kurt Geiger don’t have reviews embedded on their site - they don’t want to see them. I bought a pair of boots from them and they’re such poor quality. I’ve bought better boots in Topshop for a fraction of the price. I used to really like Kurt Geiger’s shoes but they’ve gone hugely downhill. Don’t recommend even at sale prices!

Horrible customer service Very unprofessional, I will never order from them again. Over a month ago, exactly 7 weeks ago I have ordered a pair of sandals what had arrived in a used condition, dirty soles, missing ankle strap, scratches on the shoes all over. I have returned the item, also paid for next day delivery to their return address. Since then they lying that’s they never received the item, spoke to about 11 different advisor, all saying different stories.. The Sandal cost £65 , which I think never will see again, as they say it’s communication problem between them and the warehouse... They keep postpone the refund... Honestly : Don’t order from them !!!

Dreadful customer service Dreadful customer service. Nearly £100 on trainers and the side detail is coming away. The trainers are all about the detail. Because they are worn, and not new, (London commuter - she said I walk a lot on the escalators - what?? no, it's just dirty). They were purchased for walking. They will not exchange. Chat with head office and they have zero impact. Take back to store. Round and round. Store managers decision is final. According to consumer law, if you bought something and within 6 months it is faulty (for using it as it is intended... walking) they should exchange. They are not having any of it. The shoes are still full price in the store - showing how new they are. I had them on my feet. She said the inside logo was worn which means they are worn out. What? Disgusting service Watford.

I found this company to be very easy to buy from. I felt safe online and both my purchases arrived quickly and in great condition. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I am quite new to buying online and this was a pleasant and reassuring experience.

Bought a super cute pair of trainers with hearts on them. They are really comfortable, and it was nice to be able to buy women's trainers for a change! Normally I have to buy men's trainers due to my wide feet, but these trainers from Kurt Geiger fit well and are very comfortable.
