I purchased a bag that was placed at the wrong door during the holiday season. I emailed customer service, and without hesitations, I was notified that the policy at Kurt Geiger was not to rectify my situation. Customer services are worse than awful , they email irrelevant replies, and they appear to not be able to understand a complaint. Apparently, there is no US contact number to complain, and they won’t phone the customer, shocking customer care . I will contact the Better Business Bureau. No more business with Kurt Geiger. They are an awful luxury brand to deal with, and they should be embarrassed. Looking at the other awful Trust pilot reviews, their reply is exactly the same. Obviously, only interested in taking your money
