I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve been a loyal in-store customer for a while, but this was my first time placing an online order—and it will likely be my last. My package went missing after being marked as delivered. When I reached out for help, I expected some level of support or at least an effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I was simply told the issue was “resolved” and sent a photo showing the package had been delivered. Unfortunately, that doesn’t help when the package is nowhere to be found. There was no attempt to investigate further, offer a replacement, or provide any real solution. It felt like my concern was dismissed entirely. For a company I’ve supported in person, this lack of customer service is really disappointing. I hope the company takes situations like this more seriously in the future and improves how they handle missing deliveries.

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered a small purse for a friend's daughter. I informed the company that the package was stolen and asked if they could provide me with a replacement. After some back and forth, one of the representatives asked if I could furnish photos or videos of the incident. I shared a video of a passerby stealing the package from the doorstep. Instead of being met with care and support, I received a nasty response from Sebastian noting that they fulfilled my order, cannot help, and to report the incident to my local authorities. I asked if reporting the theft to the PD would yield a replacement? He replied - in other words - that this was asked and answered and that there is nothing more they can do to help me. My ticket was closed. I have never been so insulted. Also, what business model doesn't account for lost or stolen items? Now, a young lady is without her gift and I'm out of $194. Clearly, Kurt Geiger could care less about the experience they provide to their customers since they continue to profit from their products. I strongly recommend against patronizing Kurt Geiger.

I ordered my shoes on the 3rd of March I paid express shipping. They got picked up from the place on the 6th so they should be here by now. Never heard of that I been in retail for a long time. This company thinks they can take your money.

I order 4 pairs of shoes. Paid the two day shipping. In December The shoes got delivered to the wrong address by FedEx and Kurt Geiger never tried to fix the issue. I will never ever order from these people again. They have horrible customer service. I never received my order and when I try to get my money back they kept saying that FedEx delivered my order, but I told them that it was delivered to the wrong house. I tried everything to the point where they said that they don’t even wanna talk to me anymore because I opened a dispute with PayPal even PayPal couldn’t help me because Kurt Geiger kept saying that FedEx said it was delivered after I told them it was delivered to the wrong house some pictures of my door, and where was delivered at they still never helped me i would never recommend anybody to buy from kurt Geiger because they do not help you if you do not receive your shipment order they do not care about their customers who are ordering from them that work really hard for their money and if the shoes is delivered to the wrong address. They do not care this is a horrible company and I do not recommend.

I ordered a pair of boots online and I was sent two different shoe sizes. I ordered the boots in October and didn't wear the boots until February and realized I have two different sizes boots. It looks like a manufacturing error because everything is marked correctly on the box and shoe. I've reached out to customer service and they won't help me. I'm in complete disbelief because I can't even enjoy or wear the product that I paid for. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a bag for my daughter for her birthday. Fed ex was the delivery partner. The bag should have arrived 1/9/26. Fed ex marked as delivered and the delivery picture is not my home. Contacted Kurt and explained this is not my home and sent pictures of my home my porch in comparison to the delivery photo. Completely differs home my home is brick that home is siding my door is black that door is green. Kurt representatives stated they would not assist because fed ex marked as delivered. They didn’t care that it wasn’t delivered to my home. Advised that I contacted fed ex who stated that the driver delivered to incorrect address and Kurt said they stand on their decision and would not send another bag or refund. Unethical company. Not reliable AT ALL! This is the second year that they’ve not shipped my package in time for the Christmas. I ordered on Black Friday and it STILL hasn’t come. You can’t get a straight answer from the customer service email team. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I bought the KG sock boot over 18 + months ago from Morleys Department Store Brixton, £179, far from cheap. The glue at the top of the heel at the back separated. I was just outside the year warranty but the manager kindly allowed me to exchange. I really loved my sock boot but decided not to replace it with a new one just in case it happened again, so I exchanged it with a different KG boot, slightly cheaper I recall. I am once again shocked and disappointed that this time, the thick sole on one boot has cracked from one side to the other. What is going on??? Poor quality at these prices?? I've bought cheaper boots from other brands and have never encountered issues like these from KG Last week I bought yet another KG boot that was in sale, £149 from £299. Obviously would not have bought had I noticed the massive crack line. How can I trust that in a year's time I won't be presenting with another issue? I have to wait until the manager is on shift to see how this gets resolved, but I now have 2 issues. No1- How long will the the new boots last? No2 what will be the outcome for my cracked sole? I may be forced to exchange one potentially defective KG product with another as I can only exchange as it is a sale item. There are clearly repetitive and obvious faults in the quality of the materials used. KG is a great looking brand, but it sure does fall short in quality.

Awful awful awful customer service from ‘bots’. Completely inadequate for most issues. I was passed from pills to post multiple times and I’m still awaiting a refund. I will never buy from them again.

Please don't buy from this website. If you have any issues they will not help and the stores are not part of the website so they can't help either. I ordered 6 items. 1 item wasn't received. When i told them i didn't receive the item they didn't believe me. They didn't offer to refund or resend the missing item which is very unusual from a so called 'reputable' brand. Also when i returned 3 items they didn't refund me the full price i paid for them! Their customer service is a chat box or email. So you can't talk to someone in person. Such bad customer service. I used to buy a lot of Kurt Geiger but I will never buy from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Remboursement proposé mais aucun geste commercial, manque de respect total pour le client. Très déçu. » “I never received my order despite providing proof. Ich habe zwei paar Schuhe bestellt und bezahlt, Screenshot kann ich liefern, es wurde angeblich alles zusammen versendet daher gibt es auch eine Sendungsnummer. Es kam auch ein Paket an, aber eben nur ein paar Schuhe. Das Originalpaket des Absenders ist so klein, dass man erkennen kann, dass keine zwei paar Schuhe reinpassen können! Das habe ich dem Verkäufer alles per Mail mitgeteilt mit Fotos und sogar einem Video. Ich bekommen nur eine lapidare Antwort wie: "wir prüfen das intern" dann kommt nichts mehr.

Please do never buy Kurt Geiger shoes or bags.its wasting of money. I bought shoes and bag and I was able to use it just only one time before the bag peeled off completely. I called the customer service who said I should take it back to Dillard Galveston that I bought it but the sale woman told me its been after one month that they can't take it back. I feel so disappointed of be a victim of fake products.

Do not order online from Kurt Geiger. And if you do make sure you know your rights. They failed to deliver my order and then refused to issue a refund. As that is illegal in the UK, my credit card company issued the refund. Do not let them get away with keeping your money.

★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT SHOP HERE — THEY LOST MY RETURN AND ARE GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND I don’t normally shop at this store — I shop here only for my daughter. I personally shop at higher-end luxury brands across the country, and I’ve never received such appalling service, even from brands with much more expensive merchandise. This company has had my item and my money for over a month. I returned an item and have proof it was signed for, including the name of the person who received it. And yet, they’re pretending like they have no idea what happened to it. Every time I reach out, they send the same copy-and-paste response asking for “two more days” to look into it. It’s been over a month of this — no action, no escalation, no resolution. No one is actually investigating or resolving anything. It’s just stalling tactics, plain and simple. To make it worse, the return itself is not of significant value. There is no valid reason I should be treated like this over something so minor. It feels like they just don’t care — customer service is non-existent. I’ve gotten better, faster, and more respectful treatment at every other store I’ve shopped at — literally hundreds across the country. I am now pursuing formal complaints through consumer protection channels and preparing to dispute the charge with my financial institution. It’s not about the money anymore — it’s about the disgusting lack of accountability and the disrespect shown. Save yourself the headache. Shop somewhere that actually values its customers.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and realized I had the wrong address so I emailed The not two minutes after I placed the order then I also called and spoke with someone who said they would handle it. Well they didn’t handle it. They sent the shoes to a different address and I have been no help since the shoes are gorgeous and expensive so I guess I’m just gonna have to resend the charge on the credit card because of all the documentation to support including the email but you would think that when they tell you they handle something they’d handle it. It’s a shame cause I love the shoes, but I’m not gonna do business with people don’t even contact you back

Paid for 2 day delivery. I am on day 4 and the bag is still not here. Opened a ticket and was told the bag is TYPICALLY delivered within 2 days from the time Fed X picks it up. Tell me where you see this on their website. Shady!

Thank you for the public response, but no one has called or emailed me since your last message. I already sent all the required information and followed up multiple times. The most expensive item in my order (CHELSEA FLAT SANDAL) was missing, and I never received a refund or replacement. I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank. This has been extremely disappointing, especially from a brand that claims to care about customer service.
