If I could leave a zero star review I would. Absolutely love the brand BUT the premium price tag should reflect in the customer service received. No wonder they only have 2 stars and why you can only speak to someone over online chat or email. Sometimes you just need a person to speak to! This is a KG stock error that I am being punished for, I only buy bags and shoes in this brand, I have maximum loyalty points and have been buying bags, shoes, hats, jewellery etc for years, even my umbrella is KG. Well no more, never again. Customer service counts for a lot and KG is THE worst I have ever experienced. AVOID

I order a my daughter a purse and the order was delivered to the wrong address. But my order was a delivered earlier due date and I never got no email or text to let me know my order was delivered. I found out the next day when I went on the site to she when it’s supposed to be delivered. I saw when they drop my package off be its went to the wrong address. I check all my neighbors to see did they get the wrong package cause I know thats can happen they all said nope. So I contacted customer service about my package they didn’t have no care in the world about my package. They said they see the package was delivered and they can’t do anything about it’s. So basically I’m out of a purse and my money. I want never order anything from them or recommend any body to shop with them. .

I place a order for my daughter and it was delivered to the incorrect address. I called the customer service and gave plenty of proof. All the times between there delivery from my camera. A picture of my porch and everything showing my order was NOT delivered. Customer service refused to do anything. I just feel cheated cause now I’m out the money and no shoes. Very upset no replacement didn’t even care. I included that the only delivery was from Walmart and sent video proof. Still no refund or replacement. I included all the camera footage between the time they say it was delivered.

I placed an order on Dec.2nd for a handbag for my daughter's birthday. Shipping said 5-7 business days, so I figured we would receive it by her birthday which is Dec. 9th....by Dec.6th if was still stating online that the label was created, but the item hadn't even been picked up from location by FedEx. Now my daughter will not receive her gift until est. Dec.11th which is after her birthday and outside of the shipping timeframe!!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM KURT GEIGER AGAIN!!!

I was so happy to get my sneakers. I ordered the Blue combination but when I tried them on they were not comfortable the sneaker runs really small. I was very disappointed 😔. I even went a size up and it was still not comfortable

Purchased a pair of shoes that have a design flaw and causes the backs to come loose and get stuck under the heel. This wasn't realised until 20 days after purchased (first time I wore them). When I took the shoes back they wouldn't refund me and despite trying another pair on in the shop which did exactly the same thing, I was told the most they would do was an exchange! Even though it was clear that the shoes were the correct size, they manager said my feet must have a different shape arch to most peoples and they hadn't had any other people experience this. So I am now stuck with a pair of £160 shoes that have an obvious design flaw. Customer services have been no use what so ever, so now I am having to speak to trading standards about this.

Do not order online! First, they send you the wrong item. There is no exchange as the item is discounted. You are advised to keep the item you received and they will offer a 20% refund and 30% refunf in a following email just to keep the ugly pair( perhaps nobody wants them ? !?) First thought? It would have been so much easier to ship out the correct item and when delivered to collect the wrong item. I bet SHEIN has a better customer service.

Worst customer service ever they don’t care about they customer,I would never recommend and would never shop from them again , they don’t care if you receive your package. I didn’t receive my item that I purchased and they failed to give me a refund all do is email back and forth telling me ask my neighbor.

As everyone else says. Not fit for purpose Leather is thin and cheap and started rubbing off after a couple of uses. It has now torn at the back of the bag. Really poor quality for a £289 bag!!!

Trash scammy brand. We ordered trainers online and their courier stole our order, forged our signature and they won’t honor the refund. Beware not to buy anything online off of this garbage brand with zero customer service

I was in the Oxford street KG store And there was a man taking pictures of underage employees on his personal phone that weren’t used for recreational purposes and were taken without consent. I then told the employee and they then said that the man taking the pictures was the CEO and there was nothing they can do The employee even told me she was an underaged 17yr old I find it foil and disgusting how the employee cannot report it as it’s the CEO it’s a violation of their vicarious liability rights !

Kurt bow sneakers run very small😡👎 for the price! I wear a size 11 in Tory Burch sneakers with the Kurt sneakers doesn’t make sense. manufacturers for these are European cut.

I bought a pair of sandals looked and felt amazingly soft . Worn for 3 days on holiday and upper sole was torn as if I was wearing them for years .. They were in a terrible state. I’ve been away for a while over a month not to sure if I can get a refund.

I purchased my black back pack in February, I loved the bag. However I'm deeply disappointed 😡!!!!! My straps have several noticeable cracks, I'm afraid it may fall apart from the bag, I paid a lot of money for this bag. May I be compensated?

I bought a pair of slides for the wife for Mother’s Day and she wore them only once and the stitching ripped on the top of the slides she’s a very petit woman and I tried to contact support and they said they would only return them if they weren’t worn and that they won’t even try to make things right. I emailed them multiple times and every time it was an automated BS message. I won’t ever give them any business and will make sure everyone finds out about the terrible coustomer service and quality of the products.

I ordered items on May 3rd and paid for expedited shipping and now I’m being told that I won’t receive my items even though I’ve spoken with several different people about this issue one guy told me the it would be here by Thursday the 9th however someone else is telling me they don’t see my order or anything in that matter but I paid for it off my credit card so I took a sc and sent it via email a just to be told that my item is STILL being processed smh this is the worse experience ever because it’s my birthday weekend and Mother’s Day weekend and I have absolutely nothing because of this phony website and false advertising I will never shop here again or recommend anyone else to poor communication and lies is all I’ve been getting

Needed to exchange a sale shoe for a smaller size. Unable to get a return label to complete the process. Was told it would arrive via email in 24-48 hours. Will not shop with this company ever again. Customer support is non existent.
