“I'm writing to say that I'm delighted Kurt Geiger sorted my order issues. I ordered 6 times from the website. All arrived in perfect condition and of course the shoes were all so nice. However, some shoes didn't fit me, so I retuned these and I was refunded the full price very quickly. I've bought so much Kurt Geiger over the years. Love the brand. The Kurt Geiger store in Dundrum shopping centre in Dublin has closed, sadly. I also ordered a swimsuit which wasn't in the the package. I asked if they could send me another or give me a refund. It took a while for them to accept that the swimsuit wasn't included in the package but eventually they did and refunded me the cost of the swimsuit. It took 3 months to sort this out which isn't ideal but at least it's sorted now. So if you have an issue keep persisting as it will get sorted eventually with them. Thank you Kurt Geiger.”

“Bought a super cute pair of trainers with hearts on them. They are really comfortable, and it was nice to be able to buy women's trainers for a change! Normally I have to buy men's trainers due to my wide feet, but these trainers from Kurt Geiger fit well and are very comfortable.”
