Absolutely appalling customer service. I bought a necklace for £289. It came wrapped in bubble wrap and broken. Obviously didn’t get checked. I found customer service rude and uncaring. I have bought several items No more. I will spend my money on something made well. I would avoid this company from now on For me to even make a review would have to be serious photo would not upload

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the Kurt Geiger bags I purchased in December 2024. Despite wearing them only occasionally and taking great care to store them properly, I have noticed significant signs of wear and damage that I did not expect from products of your reputation. I would like to highlight that I own handbags from other brands such as Coach, Michael Kors, and Marc Jacobs, which I have used regularly over several years. Despite frequent use, none of them have shown the level of deterioration that I am currently seeing with my Kurt Geiger bags after just a few months

They delivered sandals in stead of a purse and sneakers and still don't want to give ma a refund. Already 10 days have passed and they are still 'investigating' as they made the mistake, not me

I placed an order with KG - the goods arrived with a 50% tax invoice for import duties, they imported the goods from the EU and now i am being chased for import tax, KG just don't want to deal with this even thought it clearly says on the website all duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Now i am being chased by a collections agency for nearly a 50% duty as to cost of order. Don't order anything off them - they just don't care about their customers at all.

My boyfriend ordered me a bag, wallet, and sandals for my birthday because we were going away soon. My package was stolen off my step I contacted fedex and Kurt Geiger to help me get my items. I’m so upset and they are just telling me I’m out of over $700.

Didn’t receive my order , FedEx delivered my order to the wrong place, both company sending me back and forward about a refund. I spend a lot of money with this company. Only asking my $58 dollars back at this point. Customer service was terrible. Keep sending pictures of my door . Just ridiculous…

This is my second time in 3 months ordering from this site and not receiving a confirmation email, it comes off as a scam. This time around I paid for expedited shipping to track my order because I did not receive my last order . This is unacceptable and unfortunate for customers this will be my last time ordering off this website

I returned a wallet I bought for a Christmas gift due to poor quality; metallic colors and the designer name was already falling off. It’s February 11th and I am still waiting for my refund. After several emails sent, I was told it would be refunded on the 6th. Poor quality and customer service. Not a good look Kurt Geiger!!

Do not order anything from this company my order was lost and they’re refusing to refund me my money back this has been going on for weeks their customer service representatives are rude and none of them have good customer service skills please be careful placing a order with this company online I am out of money and also the package I never received from them

I received the a mens shoe instead of a women's shoe. The second item (purse) was not in the box. 1 tracking number was provided which indicates both items should be in the same box. I spoke to customer service, I was directed to wait an additional 4 days. I emailed Customer Service and requested that situation be escalated to a Supervisor. The same Customer Service Representative emailed me back and advised me to check with my neighbors. I am still waiting on a follow up.

The way they treay customers does not reflect the high price they ask for their bags. My order was cancelled 2 weeks after placed. All this time they were assuring me that my order will be sent

Appalling customer service. They don't respond to emails. When I ordered online, total price was different to the price charged on my credit card. Report the fraud and my bank refunded me the money. Please don't shop online with this store.

So very disappointed! I have order a bag to be delivered to one of the Kurt Geiger store next day free delivery the item meant to be arriving on the 31st December . I have spoken to advisers online however no luck apparently they investigating and they don’t know where the item is and can’t issue refund as yet ! Honestly what a let down I would not recommend to anyone

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Absolutely love the brand BUT the premium price tag should reflect in the customer service received. No wonder they only have 2 stars and why you can only speak to someone over online chat or email. Sometimes you just need a person to speak to! This is a KG stock error that I am being punished for, I only buy bags and shoes in this brand, I have maximum loyalty points and have been buying bags, shoes, hats, jewellery etc for years, even my umbrella is KG. Well no more, never again. Customer service counts for a lot and KG is THE worst I have ever experienced. AVOID

I order a my daughter a purse and the order was delivered to the wrong address. But my order was a delivered earlier due date and I never got no email or text to let me know my order was delivered. I found out the next day when I went on the site to she when it’s supposed to be delivered. I saw when they drop my package off be its went to the wrong address. I check all my neighbors to see did they get the wrong package cause I know thats can happen they all said nope. So I contacted customer service about my package they didn’t have no care in the world about my package. They said they see the package was delivered and they can’t do anything about it’s. So basically I’m out of a purse and my money. I want never order anything from them or recommend any body to shop with them. .

I place a order for my daughter and it was delivered to the incorrect address. I called the customer service and gave plenty of proof. All the times between there delivery from my camera. A picture of my porch and everything showing my order was NOT delivered. Customer service refused to do anything. I just feel cheated cause now I’m out the money and no shoes. Very upset no replacement didn’t even care. I included that the only delivery was from Walmart and sent video proof. Still no refund or replacement. I included all the camera footage between the time they say it was delivered.

I placed an order on Dec.2nd for a handbag for my daughter's birthday. Shipping said 5-7 business days, so I figured we would receive it by her birthday which is Dec. 9th....by Dec.6th if was still stating online that the label was created, but the item hadn't even been picked up from location by FedEx. Now my daughter will not receive her gift until est. Dec.11th which is after her birthday and outside of the shipping timeframe!!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM KURT GEIGER AGAIN!!!
