I placed an order for a pair of shoes and realized I had the wrong address so I emailed The not two minutes after I placed the order then I also called and spoke with someone who said they would handle it. Well they didn’t handle it. They sent the shoes to a different address and I have been no help since the shoes are gorgeous and expensive so I guess I’m just gonna have to resend the charge on the credit card because of all the documentation to support including the email but you would think that when they tell you they handle something they’d handle it. It’s a shame cause I love the shoes, but I’m not gonna do business with people don’t even contact you back
