I am disgusted by how Kurt Geiger has dealt with my orders. THEY NEVER SENT MY SHOES AND NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND, EVEN AFTER ORDERING THE SHOES TWICE!!!
I ordered the Kai shoes and they never arrived. I then raised a dispute and they said they'd refund the money, I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I ordered a second pair, and they have also NOT ARRIVED!
Don't buy from them, they are scammers!
