If there was a zero I would have given it. Made a purchase in 1st March, received a shipping notification via email on 2nd March and that was it until the 13th March when I decided to track my package as it has been long and should have arrived. Lo and behold package was marked as delivered on 5th March. Fortunately, I was off work on this day and was at home so I can safely say with all certainty that no delivery was made. They use FedEx courier which happens to have a lot of thieves used as delivery guys. I contacted Kurt Geiger on the 13th about not receiving my package and they kept forwarding to me a piece of paper as proof of delivery from FedEx also stating that I did not notify FedEx about signature on their service manage. I responded severally stating that no notification by FedEx nor the company was made to inform me of delivery that would be made on this day or even notify me on this day that my package has been delivered. It took me over a week after their claimed delivery to track this package and see it marked as delivered. This company has zero customer service. They are not bothered about your hard earned money. They just kept pushing me around and directing me to FedEx instead of fighting for their customer. They showed no support whatsoever. If you are reading this and intend buying from them, desist from doing so or risk losing your money ti these thieves.
