This company doesn’t even deserve one star! I placed an order 3/15/23 I reached out via email several times for update and they advised me the order will be processed ASAP. This was the response I received twice other responses were vague stating my inquiry has been received and they are working on my order ASAP they apologize. So after waiting patiently and periodically checking on my order. I wake up to an email this morning 4/5/23 stating my money has been refunded and give it 3-5 business days to reflect. Again I reach out concerned what happened and of course the same tired lame excuse of we’re sorry for any inconvenience. Like, excuse me this is the worst treatment/customer support I have ever received from any company. And to think a email stating sorry is acceptable. After weeks of them telling me my order has been processed or they are processing ASAP!
