I would like to say that James at Birmingham Bullring level 1 Upper Mall East in the Kurt Geiger store has been absolutely amazing!!! He has kept me up to date on my order and gone out of his way to deliver excellent customer service!!
Best Customer Service I've received I'll be emailing the head office to make sure his hard work is recognized.
