The online customer service has been appalling. Will definitely not be shopping here again. I returned a pair of shoes by post, which was collected, but never received by KG. Even though I have the receipt of collection, they are accusing me of lying, and have not refunded me - unfortunately they have stolen my money. They have not listened to me or tried to help or resolve the problem. You can only email customer service and they take such a long time to reply, it feels like they are deliberately trying to delay the process so that you give up and they can keep your money.
