Kurt Geiger gone right down in my estimation. Extremely poor customer service.
It's all good when they're taking your money, but very bad if there is a problem.
Bought a bag at Heathrow Airport reduced from £159 to £132 (tax free). I was delighted until I saw the bag selling for £100 online in KG Selfridges. It wasn't about a refund, but I emailed them as I felt it devalued my item - they just told me to return it if I'm not happy.
I've never bought anything from an airport, tax free, before and then saw it selling at home for almost £60 less.
I'm on holiday with a bag I now don't wish to use, then I have to bring it back and find a store to return it (link for postal returns not working). They'd rather lose a good loyal customer and a sale than rectify, explain or apologise. Disappointing.
