Steve was on reception, at the Gravesend store he had a very awkward customer. Steve was polite throughout the service, explaining the cost of the tyres and that the wheel alignment needed to be done as the tyres would wear unevenly. He went through different prices and quotes until the customer was happy. I was very impressed with his service. Even more so when I was told I had ordered the wrong tyres for my car. I should of ordered run flats. Steve checked if he had the correct tyres in stock, he apologised that they were out of stock. He refunded my mistake and ordered me the correct tyres and rebooked my car in. I was so embarrassed by my mistake, for wasting his time but Steve made me feel a valued customer and went out of his way to give me great service. Thank you so much Steve and team.
