“Kwik fit on Bristol road in Bridgwater...absolutely amazing service! At 4.30pm on a Saturday they came to my rescue and sorted out my punctured tire. As a health care worker my car is essential and I was in a panic trying to get it fixed in order to continue my home visits for that day. They didn't have to help me but they did. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. David and Larry of Bristol road Kwik fit, you guys are legends. Efficient, professional and decent people. Thank you so much 5*”

“Visited Kwik Fit on Longlands Road, Middlesbrough with only minutes before they shut for the night. I didn't think they would help due to being minutes from closing. The two men i saw were great, said they would change the tyre, explained how bad my tyre was by showing me and then said i would need the other front tyre done and showed me the problem on that one also, decided to save a return journey get both done at the same time, very grateful, saved me a lot of stress in getting to work the next morning. Thank you.”

“I am very disappointed with the service received today from Kwik fit, Bristol Road, Gloucester. I booked my car in for a service and MOT today (25th Nov 2025), as the MOT expires tomorrow, I arranged for my son to have a day off to deliver the car, he also arranged for his friend to collect him. When they arrived at the centre, the Manager told my son that the emission machine had been playing up for a while, and they could not carry out the service or MOT. Today has been an inconvenience to say the least and a total waste of time for my son and his friend, we also cannot book in any other centre before my car MOT expires tomorrow and therefore the car will now be off the road until we manage to get an MOT next week. The questions I would like to ask: Why are you taking bookings when the centre manager knows the machine is faulty? many booking were made as I could see the slots being filled. Why did the manager not try and source a slot in another Kwikfit centre close by? What compensation are Kwikfit going to offer for this inconvenience and lack of proper customer service?”

“The Kwik fit in Detenhan Norwich have the most grumpy and rude from of the house , this is my second time there and both times he is rude . He was answering a customers in the phone and swearing when he put the phone down . It’s a shame because I have used others units and apart from that every body else is polite and helpful . I don’t think that gentleman is suitable to deal with people .”

“Made an appointment on a Monday for tyre replacement &tracking to be carried out on the Friday which was the day of the storm. Drove 23 miles in horrendous weather conditions to be told they hadn't got the tyre. Been using Kwik fit Newtown for 20+years very disappointed.”

“I visited the Kwik Fit Crewe Road, Wistaston, Cheshire, CW2 6PR yesterday and purchased three new tyres. Jordan was so helpful and professional he advised me about my tyres and managed to book me in for the end of the day to have them fitted even though the work shop was mad busy. I have been a customer for many years, the team there are hard working, polite and very helpful. Jordon’s customer service was excellent thank you to all the team.”

“Visited Kwil Fit, Brighton this morning and was looked after a very nice young man named Jordan. As a 68 year old woman, I still manage to find garages intimidating- but Jordan made me feel nothing was too much trouble! He noticed that my car door was making a strange sound, and thought it was just a loose “nut”, which he tightened for me, as well as checking all my tyres, and changing one. I tried to offer him a tip for helping me out and reassuring me, but he said it was not “too much trouble”. He declined the tip, saying it was all part of the service. I would not hesitate in coming back again knowing Jordan would be there to help . He is a very valuable member to your team. Thank you.”

“Booked in to have a free break check done, told it would be done within a hour, 2 hours 20 mins later to be told I desperately needed break pads & discs urgently. Didn’t fully believe this as the breaking on the car was fine. Booked the car in at my local independent garage & was told there was nothing wrong with either my pads or discs!! Kwik fit quoted me £349 for work that isn’t needed!! Certainly will not be returning”

“Absolutely appalling service from KwikFIt today - I will NEVER use KwikFIt again and will spread the word. Booked tyres on the 19th of August, almost 2 weeks ago. This morning received an email that the fitter will arrive between 9 and 10am. Then get a call at 10.39 saying that unfortunately the tyres are not in stock.,..,.. The car has to go to MOT tomorrow with the new tyres I had ordered and am now left with no options because every other tyre fitter needs to order them in. Maybe, just maybe, it would be good to check you actually have tyres in stock when customers order them and let them know in a TIMELY fashion if you are unable to source them. Thanks KwikFIt!!! NEVER AGAIN.”

“I called into Huntingdon workshop yesterday (Thursday) about 4pm to get a new tyre fitted to my spare. Was told too busy and go back today which I did and was told by William that I must have the health check or they won’t even touch my car. Officious or what !!! I told him I declined the check and I told to I would take my car elsewhere. He said ok you do that. Brilliant customer service. What would happen is someone else took my wheel in. This is really appalling”

“Absolutely fantastic, second time using matlock green kwik fit, service is amazing, lads always happy,polite, and extremely well mannered, nothing is too much trouble , had my puma booked in ,had to change the day due to a recall on the vehicle, no problem, changed the day, then was running late, called kwik fit, lovely lad saod no problem and put my booking back by a hour to give me time, came back to collect the car was greeted with a full breakdown of my tyres, very informative, kwik fit should be very proud to have such a fabulous team at matlock! Well done lads , see you again ,”
