Unwelcome nail in the tyre when touring in Ayrshire. Took it to a leading repair brand beginning with "H". They said that I would need a new tyre that would take a day or two to locate. Luckily Kwik - Fit on Maybole Road Ayr was close at hand. Though the site was very busy the manager fitted us in and Paul quickly removed the offending nail and ascertained that there was no need to replace the tyre. He checked all the tyres and we were quickly on our way with no charge. Exemplary service that left me very impressed.
