A home visit was booked to replace two tyres on a mobility vehicle and the time frame was stated between 8am and 5.30pm. I am a carer for my three children and so cleared appointments and family had to stay at home all day.
I waited in all day and no one had arrived by 5.30. Had to ring Kwik Fit and they told me that they had rebooted for two days time!!!! A phone call would have helped so that I could have replanted the whole day.
