Booked to have my tyres changed on the drive, 2 weeks in advance so they could order the tyres - day of fitting no show, no call, after 20mins on hold was told that they would call me back - 2 hours later was told tires hadn’t come in and they would be out tomorrow, second day exactly the same storey
