Visited Kwil Fit, Brighton this morning and was looked after a very nice young man named Jordan. As a 68 year old woman, I still manage to find garages intimidating- but Jordan made me feel nothing was too much trouble! He noticed that my car door was making a strange sound, and thought it was just a loose “nut”, which he tightened for me, as well as checking all my tyres, and changing one. I tried to offer him a tip for helping me out and reassuring me, but he said it was not “too much trouble”. He declined the tip, saying it was all part of the service. I would not hesitate in coming back again knowing Jordan would be there to help . He is a very valuable member to your team. Thank you.
