My daughter, a key NHS worker, booked her car in for an MOT on Saturday morning. The booking was confirmed.
When she arrived the Kirkstall branch simply said, “we’re not doing MOTs” today.
There was no communication to warn her.
Now she must take a weekday morning off work for the MOT.
Thankfully the NHS have better standards.
