It was an absolute pleasure working with the folks at LA Design Concepts. Customer service was outstanding. They kept me apprised of projected delivery dates regularly and with any and all updates. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, followed through all the way through to delivery. In fact, once I received delivery, they called to confirm that everything was in order and no issues with the item ordered. It is rare today to receive such highly professional, wonderful customer service (and I'm a tough critic!). I look forward to working with LA Design Concepts in the future.
