“Diane was outstanding! She was extremely helpful and kind. I received what I really wanted 2 months sooner than expected. She kept me updated. I live in Connecticut and she is in LA and was way more efficient and honest than everyone back here. Any future decoration is coming from her and LA Design! I am recommending her to everyone! Thankyou for making me so very happy! May you be healthy, safe, and happy too!!!!!!!!!!”

“I have selected several fabrics from LA Design and have been happy with each of them. They take care to work with you so that there no mistakes in the process. What they send is what you selected. I can't ask for more. A very good company I think.”

“This was written last week but I accidentally neglected to hit send: I have called and emailed that I want to return this order. I was told there is a restocking fee and I need to pay to ship it to you. I have requested a return label for the unopened box but have not seen an email with the label. I’m hoping you can resolve this for me. Thank you! Kathy Podley Today: I lowered the rating to 1 star from 4 because I have still not received a notice of how to return this wallpaper even though I have been told I will receive it shortly. As you can tell I am frustrated with the lack of follow through.”
