“LA Design Concept was one of the rare design businesses that offered a sample for the particular wallpaper I wanted. Though the paper said it would take up to 2 weeks to receive, it came in 3 days. The store even called to make sure that my order was correct with measurements etc. Very impressed.”

“I was very confident about LA Design Concepts while dealing with Matthew. He was relibale and communicated both promptly and in a highly professional manner. However, I did receive two emails that were misdirected ( not for me) about delivery . One could be considered an innocent mistake. The second one left me wondering about competence.”
