“I was very confident about LA Design Concepts while dealing with Matthew. He was relibale and communicated both promptly and in a highly professional manner. However, I did receive two emails that were misdirected ( not for me) about delivery . One could be considered an innocent mistake. The second one left me wondering about competence.”

“The wallpaper that I ordered was on backorder resulting in a 4-6 week delay, but that was not noted on the website. With that said, that information was provided to me less than 12 hours after the initial order and great white glove service was provided by Matthew when I had questions. I enjoy the designer options that LA Design Concepts orders and I will utilize them again.”

“I asked for an explanation of why I received 3 rolls of wallpaper when I ordered 6 and received a quick answer via chat. I am a newbie & had no clue what I was doing. I asked a follow-up question about how I needed to order more & how to ask for matching lot #s which wasn't answered. That's why I gave 4 stars.”

“Love their prices and their customer service chat option is top notch! Tried to order my material online with my cc, but after I placed the order I was told I couldn't use a cc and had to wire the money over. Made me weary. That was an extra pain and lost out on cc points.....but otherwise material came just as expected...... however I got the tracking email AFTER the material was delivered. Thank goodness I happened to be home bc I would have been furious if $$$$ material was sitting on my porch, because I didn't know it was coming that day. So it seems like there's a few kinks to work out, but I'd totally order from them again.”

“The main thing I didn’t like was that the coupons they gave didn’t work on the product I bought. It says they are the same as competitors but I found it for cheaper with a competitor. I also felt I had to buy from them again because I didn’t want to have different batches so I paid the higher price and was unable to use the discount they gave”
