Love their prices and their customer service chat option is top notch! Tried to order my material online with my cc, but after I placed the order I was told I couldn't use a cc and had to wire the money over. Made me weary. That was an extra pain and lost out on cc points.....but otherwise material came just as expected...... however I got the tracking email AFTER the material was delivered. Thank goodness I happened to be home bc I would have been furious if $$$$ material was sitting on my porch, because I didn't know it was coming that day. So it seems like there's a few kinks to work out, but I'd totally order from them again.
