I asked for an explanation of why I received 3 rolls of wallpaper when I ordered 6 and received a quick answer via chat. I am a newbie & had no clue what I was doing. I asked a follow-up question about how I needed to order more & how to ask for matching lot #s which wasn't answered. That's why I gave 4 stars.
