LA Design Concepts has outstanding customer service. It reminds me of what customer service used to be like because when I have questions they are answered promptly and intelligently by a real person, not a computer. I have enjoyed receiving numerous, beautiful fabric swatches that I sampled on their website. My redecorating could never have been as much fun or as successful without LA Design Concepts. I recommend them 100% without reservation. A great company!
