I was extremely pleased with both Dianne, who helped me with a wallpaper order, & Matthew, who handled a fabric order. The fabric was back-ordered, & I was afraid it would be discontinued. Matthew kept me informed regularly throughout the process - so that I never had to chase it down! LA Design Concepts is a pleasure to work with.
