Anyone who is embarking on a design adventure will soon find that great customer service in this realm is hard to find. Not so at LA Design Concepts - I had five-star customer service experience from the moment I clicked send. There were several needs for follow-up and even a yardage change necessary to get my fabric order across the finish line and Matthew + team never let me down. I will be a repeat customer for certain.
