This is not my first purchase from La Machine, and I am happy to call myself a customer of a brand that creates good design and quality merchandise in an ethical context. This time, I bought a sweatshirt and a sweater. I had a little problem with my order and wrote an email. The customer service representative responded immediately and fixed my issue - by the way, the issue was caused by me being dense ;-). The package was sent quickly and arrived in southern Germany a day or so later. The sizing guide is accurate, so I received the right size. I wholeheartedly recommend La Machine and will continue to count myself as a customer.
