Hi, General customer service is quick, friendly and good. But for a 59€-Pullover-Shirt i had to pay firstly 10€ for transport, which I accepted. Unfortunately the sizing guide was not very accurate and the shirt was way too big, so I had to return it. Again I had to pay 10€ for the return. So for remaining with no product I invested 20€. So please just order if you are 100% sure that you don´t have to return anything. Overall, products are cool.
