Ordered item on 27th November as Xmas present for daughter. Still hasn't arrived on 24th of December. No excuses. Yes there is postal delays due to covid but that was plenty of time and other items I have ordered from the same country arrived 2 weeks ago. Customer service was nice and offered me a discount on next purchase but this isn't good enough.
