Ordered a necklace as a gift however found that the recipient already had the design. Emailed La Menagerie and organised an exchange really easy. Once I sent the original back was quickly sent the new necklace. Had to pay to return the item but had tracked delivery of the new item so balanced out. Very happy with the service.
