Ordering my special dress for my special event from Laam was truly a nightmare. I had placed order which was supposed to be reaching in 10-15 days, but it was never happening. I had to call their customer services which was accepted once in a blue moon. I then had to search the number of their HR and luckily they picked the call. It was still me convincing them to send the dress so that I should not be pathetic on my own nikkah. Payments were made in advance and even then they had delivered 2 weeks ahead of what was due Tip for Laam: either take the orders that you can deal, or recruit the staff more in order to work in a professional way.
