“I have received the refund for both of the dresses I returned; however, I was also told that the delivery charges would be reimbursed. I have proof of this, but I have not received that amount yet.
At one point, they said they could refund 25% and let me keep the dresses, but later claimed it was a miscommunication and asked me to return the items. While returning the dresses, I specifically asked who would cover the delivery cost, and they assured me it would be paid back. Despite that, I’ve only received the refund for the dresses, the remaining charges for delivery has not been paid.
The dresses I received were also defective they had oil stains. When I informed them, they casually suggested I wash them at home. I clearly refused, as I didn’t want to take the risk of damaging them further.
Their service has been extremely unprofessional. Honestly, I would’ve been better off buying clothes from a roadside stall. They’ve completely wasted my time, and I will never shop from them again. I also strongly advise others to avoid them if they don’t want their time wasted.”

The quality is really disappointing, and 3 of the dresses have visible stains and marks on them. Their customer support is not responding properly, and it’s been very frustrating trying to get help.

“I purchased these items from Laam, and unfortunately, more than half of my order was either defective or not as described. I contacted their customer service, but the support was extremely disappointing. The only solution they offered was a 10% discount, despite my request for a refund. They are taking an unreasonably long time to process anything and asked me to provide detailed information—only to come back with the same 10% offer.
The quality of the products is very poor, and I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend shopping from them, as their service and reliability are seriously lacking.”

This is unacceptable. Eid is in just 10 days, and the problems with my order have ruined the rest of my Ramadan and caused me a lot of stress. Sending my items to the wrong city is a major error. Regardless of whether it was the carrier or an incorrect address label on your end, it needs to be resolved. I expect either a full refund or a replacement sent immediately to arrive before Eid”
“I ordered from the U.S and I genuinely couldn't believe how fast the delivery was. It came within 10 days of purchasing. Also, the prices were so so good for heavy clothes like the ones I got. I got around six 3-piece suits (heavy for Eid) on the 3rd day of Ramadan and they were all so so pretty. The quality of the clothes was not too bad either but it really just depends on the designer/brand you get it from. Azure was a really good one! The fitting was also a lot better than expected! So, overall, a super good hit and would definitely purchase again :) I would just look carefully though because one of my outfits from Mona Embroidery was a little damaged because its material was really delicate.”
“Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. I ordered multiple dresses in one shipment. One of the dress was ripped in the sleeves. The other dress was made from a defective cloth. Which had brown dots all over the dress. The third dress was very similar to baroque but not exactly the same.
I went by their brand and didn't check the clothes within the 14 day window. Customer service was of no help as they offered a refund og 35% and gave me $8 change. The total amount was for $483.73
I will never recommend this site or shop from here in future. Please check your orders as soon as you get then.”

And they lied to initiate a transfer it’s been more than a month no refund and they are lying again that we have initiated a refund. They have no system, check cameras in the warehouse, check inventory to confirm how many articles were packed in the parcel. So disappointed and frustrated with the customer service.”
“I got 4 salwar kameez sets from LAAM for the first time and two are damaged and looks used. One has a dupatta with stains, the other has a pearl missing. I reported it to them and sent pictures. I was unable to upload here. Very disappointed. Sending used, damaged clothing as new product is extremely wrong.”
