“the outfits are good but they are not good with replied by issues. they sent me two wrong sizes but correct item and instead of refunding or resending the items, they’re only offering 15% compensation. they sent two sizes smaller since it was for a child and there’s no one who can use the outfit since she’s the youngest in the family. the whole experience was so disappointing and i would never order from them again.”

“I placed an order from Laam Sahiba by Mirza. They send me an email close to the last day of dispatch and mentioned that my order will be a bit late. And gave me a new dispatch date. When that date passed and i did not received any confirmation email that they have dispatched my order. I send them a message on WhatsApp, i found out that they totally forgot about my order. The dresses are poor quality fabric and most of all the stitching is horrible. I ordered Medium after checking their size guide but they are way smaller. Especially the shoulders, armhole and chest. There's literally no space so i can alter them, but i can't do anything about the shoulder. I waited for more than 2 months to receive my order. Such a waist of money to send faulty items all the way to Australia which I paid decent shipping charges. And no one is happy to help me, very poor customer service 😢”

“Don't buy from them ...they are a bunch of liars..I ordered 3 suits online...paid fully on their website...order has to deliver in Karachi although i live outside the country but to save time i gave my address in Karachi....after 2 days i saw the status as shipped...i waited 5 days but no delivery...then all of a sudden my order status changed from shipped to cancelled... I asked the reason of cancellation on their whatsapp number which gave me only automated answers...there was no address or direct number of their business...no real customer service agent to talk with...i was feeling so helpless ...they cancelled the order without giving me my refund even after shipping....how is this appropriate ???? So disappointed with them.”
“They scammed me. I ordered couple of dresses from laam few weeks ago, but the quality of one of the dresses wasn’t good so I returned it straight away. They confirmed that they received the parcel back but I waited for more than 2 weeks to get my money back but in the end they transferred just 2800 rupees out of 20,000 and told me that they have refunded the whole amount. Didn’t give me transfer details or anything else where I showed them my account and all the proofs where all the details and the amount refunded was clearly mentioned. So be careful as I am definitely not going to buy from them again.”
“My family and myself are long time customers of Laam and we are pretty happy on the whole. What's new is, instead of having our items delivered in Pakistan now we are directly having them delivered out of country and I am pleasantly surprised on the service and delivery. Laam posts clothing from different brands which can be hit or miss when you order from an unfamiliar brand but I would give thumbs up to Laam team on the quality of their customer service 👍.”
