I ordered two outfits (Urge Pret - VENZILLA and ROSIE) on March 6th. LAAM cancelled the "ROSIE" suit without my consent and only shipped the "VENZILLA" suit. The most frustrating part is that I was charged CAD 39.00 for shipping. Because they cancelled half my order, I essentially paid nearly the price of a whole second outfit just in shipping fees for one item. They refunded the item cost, but kept the full shipping fee. It is completely unprofessional to make a customer pay 100% of the shipping for an order you couldn't even fulfill properly. If I want the other suit now, I’d have to pay that high shipping cost all over again. Unreliable inventory and very unfair policies. Avoid this shop.

This is Miton from USA. They completely disregard quality standards when shipping to the USA. It appears they packed something—perhaps rotten meat or dried fish—alongside my clothes, resulting in a terrible odor permeating all the garments. A button on one of the dresses had come off, and despite contacting Customer Service, they took no action to resolve the issue. I urge everyone not to purchase anything from LAAM. 👎👎👎🏻👎🏻

The length of the shirt mentioned in the profile was 39 inches, but the actual length including the net is 44 inches . Moreover when I opened the shirt, some beats fell down that showed beats were not properly stitched.

I ordered a suit that was never delivered to me. I contacted UPS a few times and also mentioned this to Laam PK, but I saw that the package had been returned. I told Laam PK this and also asked for my money back but I still haven't received anything. I would prefer to receive my package, but no one from Laam is responding to my emails and WhatsApp anymore.

Laam.pk sent me the same dress twice and charged me twice. After contacting them, I was asked to return the extra item for a refund. I sent the dress back and provided the post office receipt as proof. Despite this, months have passed, and I have still not received my refund. Customer service now claims they never received the return. This was their mistake, yet I am the one left out of pocket. Very disappointing experience and poor after-sales service.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service experience with lamb.pk. I contacted them regarding 2–3 items for a refund/exchange. One of the items I received was clearly a replica, with a totally different fabric and design than what was shown and described on their website. On top of that, some items were advertised as 3-piece suits, but I did NOT receive all 3 pieces. I followed every procedure they asked for, including sending all required pictures multiple times. Despite this, my refund/return request was rejected repeatedly without proper explanation. Communication was extremely frustrating. Every time I contacted them via WhatsApp or email, I was told to wait for an agent. I spoke to many different agents over more than a week No one listens to explanations, no one asks questions, no proper communication, no calls — just copy-paste replies and sudden rejection messages claiming missing information even though everything had already been provided. This feels like customers are deliberately ignored until they give up. Based on my experience, I do not recommend lamb.pk

Horrible quality. LAAM sell copies and duplicates of brands. These scammers should be banned overseas. One of the dresses that I had ordered was returned from customs due to quality issues. I have not received the refund yet, it's been almost two months now.

I ordered two suits from Aabro (laam) both were Showed and described by Marina fabric. But i received one in winter cotton type but the other one very very low quality summer paper cotton type , and size was too not accurate , even on one suit no size mentioned on back of neck, an stiching is very bad , I was regular customer of laam but this time very disappointed. So I decided to never ordered again from this site . One bad experience disappointed me forever.

I had a very bad experience with Laam.pk. The product quality was far below expectations and did not match the pictures shown on their website. The material felt cheap, the finishing was poor, and overall it looked nothing like what was advertised. Customer service was also disappointing — slow responses and no proper solution to the issue. After waiting so long for the order, receiving such low-quality items was extremely frustrating. Laam.pk really needs to improve product quality and customer support. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

The fabric was of poor quality & also the stitching was rough! One thing that would help your overseas customers is if u can highlight the fact that any purchase made out of Pak will not b entitled to a refund in sale ! Almost everything on ur website is a sale item so guess good way to entice consumer!

I received my order today and I must say I am very disappointed. The clothes are of very poor quality — the fabric, the stitching, and the finishing are not up to standard. They look nothing like the pictures advertised on your website. For the prices I paid, I expected much better quality. Honestly, not a single piece is worth the money. This experience has left me very unsatisfied.

would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from LAAM. The garments I received were poorly tailored, inconsistent in sizing, and the embroidery/beads began falling off almost immediately. When I tried to resolve the issue, customer service repeatedly stalled by asking for endless photos and measurements, then dismissed the evidence I provided. They refused to process a refund or return despite the items being clearly faulty. A very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a dress from Maria B from your website, but when I received it, it didn't look original. The delivery guy gave me a fake one Thousand Rupees.Really Bad Experience with laam .never give order again from laam.it was my last order.
