“I ordered two suits from Aabro (laam) both were Showed and described by Marina fabric. But i received one in winter cotton type but the other one very very low quality summer paper cotton type , and size was too not accurate , even on one suit no size mentioned on back of neck, an stiching is very bad , I was regular customer of laam but this time very disappointed. So I decided to never ordered again from this site . One bad experience disappointed me forever.”
“I had a very bad experience with Laam.pk. The product quality was far below expectations and did not match the pictures shown on their website. The material felt cheap, the finishing was poor, and overall it looked nothing like what was advertised.
Customer service was also disappointing — slow responses and no proper solution to the issue. After waiting so long for the order, receiving such low-quality items was extremely frustrating.
Laam.pk really needs to improve product quality and customer support. I will think twice before ordering from them again.”

“would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from LAAM. The garments I received were poorly tailored, inconsistent in sizing, and the embroidery/beads began falling off almost immediately. When I tried to resolve the issue, customer service repeatedly stalled by asking for endless photos and measurements, then dismissed the evidence I provided. They refused to process a refund or return despite the items being clearly faulty. A very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company.”

“I have received the refund for both of the dresses I returned; however, I was also told that the delivery charges would be reimbursed. I have proof of this, but I have not received that amount yet.
At one point, they said they could refund 25% and let me keep the dresses, but later claimed it was a miscommunication and asked me to return the items. While returning the dresses, I specifically asked who would cover the delivery cost, and they assured me it would be paid back. Despite that, I’ve only received the refund for the dresses, the remaining charges for delivery has not been paid.
The dresses I received were also defective they had oil stains. When I informed them, they casually suggested I wash them at home. I clearly refused, as I didn’t want to take the risk of damaging them further.
Their service has been extremely unprofessional. Honestly, I would’ve been better off buying clothes from a roadside stall. They’ve completely wasted my time, and I will never shop from them again. I also strongly advise others to avoid them if they don’t want their time wasted.”

The quality is really disappointing, and 3 of the dresses have visible stains and marks on them. Their customer support is not responding properly, and it’s been very frustrating trying to get help.

“I purchased these items from Laam, and unfortunately, more than half of my order was either defective or not as described. I contacted their customer service, but the support was extremely disappointing. The only solution they offered was a 10% discount, despite my request for a refund. They are taking an unreasonably long time to process anything and asked me to provide detailed information—only to come back with the same 10% offer.
The quality of the products is very poor, and I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend shopping from them, as their service and reliability are seriously lacking.”

Asked if i could returnthe 2 outfits was told you cannot return due to customs. Yet they are able to ship around the world. Disgusting would never shop with them again. “Unfortunately, we shopped from Temu Brand Buraq. On every wash, it seems that we are adding colour in it. My father whole body turn blue after wearing Buraq dresses. Plus the customer services are very poor. Not recommended et all.”
