I ordered 7 articles and only received 4 filed a complain, sent pictures wrote an email, called customer care. And they lied to initiate a transfer it’s been more than a month no refund and they are lying again that we have initiated a refund. They have no system, check cameras in the warehouse, check inventory to confirm how many articles were packed in the parcel. So disappointed and frustrated with the customer service.
