I purchased these items from Laam, and unfortunately, more than half of my order was either defective or not as described. I contacted their customer service, but the support was extremely disappointing. The only solution they offered was a 10% discount, despite my request for a refund. They are taking an unreasonably long time to process anything and asked me to provide detailed information—only to come back with the same 10% offer.
The quality of the products is very poor, and I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend shopping from them, as their service and reliability are seriously lacking.
