“I ordered a suit, had trouble ordering it as site was not accepting payments had to dp via bank trasfers.. added extra amount due to transfer. Confirmed order promised will be 2 to 3week turnaround. Recieved message today to say a delay in getting it and will be another near 3 weeks if i dont want order then cancel. Very dissappointed and left in lurch for close family wedding.”
“This is the second time they’ve delivered wrong sized product and offered 30% discount instead of replacement or full refund. Im an international client so they expect me to bear the loss.
Please bear this in mind before spending thousands, you may receive the wrong product and not get a replacement or full refund. I have never experienced this with other retailers/designers. I feel they should include this in the t&c so that customers can make an informed choice, especially if they’re spending copious amounts of money. Not sure what the consumer law is there to protect customers in Pakistan.”
“The items need to be described like the picture and sent like what ever is in the picture. I ordered large on all my orders so i still can get them fitted but all large sizes were different measurements from tops to bottoms. Plus the stitches on the suits were done llike they just wanted to ship them out and not care for the quality.for example i ordered the shining rose outfit and on the arms there is a stretching string that can be tighten but one arm had that and the other arm just has the string sewed there just to have it there.it couldnt be tightened. Someone just sewed the string on the top.i was expecting alot from this first order but the quality of the clothes was horrible. The churidar pajama was sewed so horrible that couldn’t even fit on one of the legs and fitting with it tore it and remind you im between small and a medium.i ordered large just incase the sizing was off which definitely was. Most of the outfits i ordered looked like they have been worn or the material used was just so poor. When i asked for a exchange or return for an outfit that came like it used because the stitch on it arrived like it was stretched they only offered me 20% back like its my fault.i was told since i tried it to see how it looked on they cant refund me 100%. I ordered a large when im a small/medium just incase.the churri daar tore when i sat in it.”
