Customer service is an absolute joke, I won a bet, was notified that the funds had been deposited in my account, they were not, I have chatted online with three different people, they all asked for the same information, then didn’t sort it out, I messaged on twitter, I sent two emails to their “ support “ ( joke) which had screenshots of the bet and the notification, but they still haven’t sorted it, and have not even acknowledged me, and it’s all for £116, I will never use them again
