“Went into Cwmbran store and played pots of luck on 25p stake. Took £500 pound just to get a bonus and with a £4 pound return. In that £500 before bonus another £2 pound How disgusting is this company to rip of customers. The company should be investigated and sent the whole video footage to the gambling commission and council. Owners should be ashamed”

“Once again, tried to put a bet on and although it was sitting in my bets, screen went blank and wouldn’t allow me put my stakes in, not the first time. Six hours later, bets are still sitting there, although now well after the off, screen still goes blank when I try to cancel them or try to put another bet on! Hopeless!”

“Was a customer for 5 months. Just closed my account as I found this is the worst slot site by very far, very low payouts the most I have won was about £90 on £1 spins, takes over 200 spins for a bonus with 160 of spins being teasers. They compensate you with useless Ladbucks as if your winning something (another part of a scam). It's definitely something for authorities to look into and get a proper investigation as I'm finding everyone on here is saying the exact same thing. It's practically unfair gaming and fraudulent.”
