“I DO NOT RECOMMEND LADBROKES. However each to there own. LARGE VERITY POF GAMES FROM TABLE TO SLOTS TO BINGO..Ladbrokes on line has a wide variety of games. From jackpots slots table games to bingo. Would not recommend LADBROKES . Ii would take my money to WILLIAMHILL.They have MANY more promotions to offer . Bambibaby21”

“The website has some annoying issues with constantly refreshing and making you log in over and over. On Chrome some games don't load at all. Clearing cookies and cache is nothing to do with it. The page shouldn't be completely reloading at all in 2017. Whoever coded it needs to learn to use JQuery and HTML5.”

“you are falling behind badly nowdays ..lots of other sites offer you every game provider thats on the market and even deposit bonuses now and again..here on ladbrokes you'll be lucky to get a 10% bonus if you deposit £500 ...maybe if you are lucky you might get 10 free spins if you deposit £200 ??? what kinda offer is that ?? there are many many sites out there offering you a much better deal than you will find here The customer support and live chat is second to none tho ....live support have almost always been the best i've used... its just a shame that since you got rid of microgaming games that the site has just gone downhill from that point to now... you have gone from being my number one site to not even making the top 20 you keep this up ..well you won't be here in another 10 years time .. in summary... there are many better sites out there nowdays to choose from that offer you every single game provider and almost any game you can think off .....sadly ladbrokes went from being the best in what you did to nowdays not even making the top 20 ..very sad but true.. .....whoever took over in 2008/2009 ...they don't have a clue what they are doing ...just google ladbrokes now...(mainly all you will see are bad reviews) ...that person who took over then and made that decision should be out of a job because they honestly have no idea just what people want ...that was a huge error on his/your part...now you are paying the price cos people just play elsewhere.. sites are opening almost weekly ...offering there customers deposit bonuses and a lot more choice of game providers ...you are being left badly behind .”

“well I don't agree with the way my bet was handled, and I wrote the following to the agent Ernest, "I think that that is misleading, as when you place the bet on 11 selections to win out of 13, it doesn't say you need all 13 to win to get £83", but he didn't say anything, quite a few times ladbrokes has been an arse, not through any fault of my own, I'm prepared to lose, that's why I signed up.”

“very annoying getting pop ups all the time telling of what a great offer is available for me only to click on it time and time again to then get another message saying this offer is unavailable .. I play on your site often and I get pop ups all the time and yet when I try to opt in i often get error messages or sent to a link telling me the offer is unavailable or even sometimes just a blank page or whatever...(and no they have not expired because I've been sent emails telling me about what a great offer it is)....its a joke”

“I do not care for the invasive manner that agents interrupt my games. A simple pop-up which discretely appears at the side of the screen would suffice instead of one which I have to delete twice before I can continue. How can this be anonymous when I have to enter my e-mail address?”
