well I don't agree with the way my bet was handled, and I wrote the following to the agent Ernest, "I think that that is misleading, as when you place the bet on 11 selections to win out of 13, it doesn't say you need all 13 to win to get £83", but he didn't say anything, quite a few times ladbrokes has been an arse, not through any fault of my own, I'm prepared to lose, that's why I signed up.
