Extremely poor service around a purported security check as a result of "suspicious activity" on the account. Received an email asking me to send my ID again via an email other than the one I used to register. Checked with chat that this was genuine, and sent it five days ago. No response so far (not even acknowledgement of receipt). Account now says that it has been closed. Chased up with chat and was told that docs are being reviewed. Asked for complaint email, and was then told that my case had magically been escalated. I have money in the account and no assurances thus far that it is safe or will be returned.
